THE LACANDON MAYA
From New World to Old?
The Lacandon Maya of Mexico’s Chiapas province, near the Guatemala border, still fashion large dugout canoes like those of their anchestors.

This painting is my collaboration result of my imagination and a book named Columbus and the Age of Discovery (page 25 & 26) by Zvi Dor – Ner.
Why do we draw? Part of study of art history, perhaps, involving copying an artwork by famous artist from the past. -Katherine Tyrell
